Why it matters

Wellbeing is sustained through purpose, community and opportunity.

Ash’s charitable work reflects a long-standing belief that veterans should be supported not only in moments of crisis, but through meaningful employment, strong communities and the chance to thrive after service.

He is particularly committed to veteran wellbeing and employment, mental fitness, and the Gurkha communities with whom he served. One hundred per cent of Ash’s author profits from Mindful Soldier are donated to Royal British Veterans Enterprise and the Gurkha Welfare Trust.

Charities supported

Long-term relationships, practical support.

Each relationship is different. The common thread is a focus on recovery, dignity, employment and opportunity.
